A Few Forms (No Biggie!): We know forms aren’t the most exciting part of any adventure, but they’re a necessary step to get to the good stuff. To save time and get right to the fun, you can complete your patient forms at home and bring them with you to your first visit. Consider that extra credit for your smile journey!
Smile Assessment: Your Glamour Shots!: We’ll kick things off with a comprehensive Smile Assessment. This includes taking some “glamour shots” and necessary X-rays – think of them as the before-pictures of your amazing transformation! You’ll then sit down with our friendly Treatment Coordinator in a private consultation room, where you can see and discuss your exciting smile goals.
